The City Of Heinsberg Is Planning To Convert The Former Elementary School In The Unterbruch District Into A Multi-Generational Community Center With Various Social, Cultural And Care Uses. In The Course Of Preparing A Funding Application, Service Phases 1 And 2 According To Hoai Were Already Carried Out By An External Planning Office. The Sole Aim Of This Preliminary Processing Was To Submit The Project To The Revier.Gestalten Funding Program - Energy-Efficient Renovation Of Municipal Buildings. The Project Has Now Received A Positive Funding Commitment From The Funding Body. The Documents Developed As Part Of The Hoai Service Phases 1 And 2 (Including Space And Usage Concept, Preliminary Planning, Cost Estimate) Will Be Made Available To Applicants In The Further Process. In The Meantime, The Planned Use Has Changed. The Two-Group Large Day Care Originally Planned Is No Longer Being Implemented. The Final Use Is Currently Being Coordinated; An Integrative Kindergarten Is Being Discussed As A Possible Use.
