Agency Fuel Cards – Framework Agreement For The Delivery Of Fuel And Electricity Via Tank And Charging Cards. As The Client And The Sole Authorized Authority, The Lzn Is Entitled To Conclude Individual Orders On The Basis Of This Framework Agreement. In Order To Fulfill Its Tasks As A Central Service Provider For The Direct Lower Saxony State Administration And Other Public Bodies, It Will Use Services From This Framework Agreement. In This Responsibility, The Order Includes The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With A Company (Section 21 Vgv) On A Framework Agreement For The Delivery Of Fuel And Electricity Via Fuel And Charging Cards. The Individual Orders (Calls) To Be Concluded On The Basis Of This Framework Agreement Are Carried Out By And On Behalf Of The Lzn For The Departments Of The Direct State Administration Of Lower Saxony, For The Departments Of The Free State Of Thuringia And Bremen As Well As For Other Public Bodies That Have Concluded A Delivery Or Service Agreement With The Lzn (Authorized Bodies).
