These Specifications Relate To A Service Contract For The Appointment Of A Designer (Architect), Responsible For: 1. The Demolition Of The Existing Banquet Hall; 2. The Design And Reconstruction Of A Leisure Centre; 3. The Design And Realization Of An Administrative Center, Spatially And Functionally Integrated With The Leisure Center. The Assignment Concerns A Complete Architectural Assignment, Including All Services Necessary For The Realization And Delivery Of The Project. The Assignment Includes: • Project Analysis And Preliminary Studies; • Preparation Of Preliminary Design, Final Design And Implementation Design; • Preparation Of The Tender File; • Assistance With The Award Of The Works; • Management And Follow-Up Of The Works; • Coordination Of The Engineering Offices Involved; • Preparation And/Or Coordination Of The Epb File; • Preparation Of The As-Built File; • Guidance During Provisional And Final Delivery. The Total Project Budget Is: €5,250,000 Including Vat. This Budget Includes: • All Construction And Infrastructure Works; • Technical Installations; • Study Costs And Fees; • Safety Coordination; • Unforeseeable Costs. The Designer Is Obliged To Respect This Budget And Tailor The Design Accordingly.
