The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Order Include: 2. 1. Reconstruction Concept. 2. 2. Bill Of Quantities. The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Is Of Auxiliary And Informative Nature. The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Constitute An Independent Basis For Determining The Scope Of The Contractors Obligation Or A Basis For Limiting The Scope Of Works Covered By The Lump Sum Price. The Contractor Is Obliged To Calculate The Offer Price Based On The Entire Documentation Of The Procedure, Including Swz, Contract Template, Technical Documentation, Reconstruction Concept, Drawings, Bill Of Quantities, Own Technical Knowledge And Professional Experience.
