The Procedure Is Conducted In Order To Conclude A Framework Agreement Specifying The Conditions For Public Procurement That May Be Awarded During The Term Of The Framework Agreement, The Subject Of Which Is The Supply Of Licenses, Updates And Support Services Under The Microsoft Enterprise Agreement Program Or Equivalent Products. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which May Be Completed Under The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Framework Agreement, Is Set Out In Annex No. 2 To The Model Framework Agreement, Which Constitutes An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Terms Of Procurement (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz). 3. The Ordering Party Will Award Executive Orders To The Contractor For The Framework Agreement Pursuant To Art. 313 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law.
