Installation Services Of Radio, Television, Sound And Video Equipment – ​​Contracting The Supply, On A Rental Basis, Of Technical Sound, Light And Audiovisual Equipment, As Well As The Provision Of Specialized Technical Personnel For The Different Events And Activities Of Santa Margarida De Montbui. Expt. 1527/2026. The Subject Of This Is The Contracting Of The Sound, Lighting And Video Service For The Activities Organized By The Santa Margarida De Montbui Town Council And The Provision Of Qualified Technical Services For The Coverage And Management Of The Events That Take Place At The Espai De Les Arts I Del Coneixement Mont-Àgora Or In Those Designated As Municipal Activity Spaces, Including The Main Festive And/Or Cultural Activities. This Contract Also Includes Sound, Lighting And Video For The Activities In Which The Mont-Àgora Rooms Have Been Rented To A Third Party By The Municipal Company Montbui Activa Sl. For These Activities Organized By Third Parties, A Stock Exchange System Of Maximum Hours/Year Will Be Established. In This Case, It Will Be 800 Per Year. In Each Order It Will Be Necessary To Establish The Technical Needs, Valued At 40 Euros/Hour For Each Technical Person Needed To Cover The Activities. In Addition To What Is Provided In The Present Clauses, It Governs Everything That Is Provided In The Attached Technical Characteristics, Which Will Be Considered Part Of This Document, The Bidders Being Able To Provide Other Technical Solutions That They Consider More Favorable To The Object Of The Contract.
