Heat-Exchange Units And Machinery For Liquefying Air Or Other Gases – Contract Relating To The Supply Of Heat Exchangers For The Cognin Biomass Boiler Room Of The District Heating Network Operated By R3c As Part Of A Dsp In The Municipalities Of Chambéry, Bassens, Cognin, La Motte-Servolex. The Purpose Of The Consultation Is The Supply, Transport, Delivery Of Several Superheated Water/Hot Water Exchangers And Elements Necessary For Their Operation, Possible Assembly Interventions Preparatory To Commissioning And Commissioning For The District Heating Network Operated By R3c In The Municipalities Of Chambéry, Bassens, Cognin, Motte-Servolex For The Cognin Biomass Boiler Room. The Expected Superheated Water/Hot Water Exchange Capacity Is Approximately 2 X 8.2 Mw Thermal. The Pressure On The High Pressure Side Is Around 20 Bar. The Pressure On The Low Pressure Side Is Around 10 Bar. 1) The Establishment Of Technical Documents For The Design And Sizing Of The Units; 2) Workshop Assembly With Inspection And Testing Before Delivery; 3) Delivery To A Delivery Location Determined By The Project Owner; 4) Any Preparatory Assembly Interventions; 5) Testing, Commissioning And Verification Of Expected Performance.
