The Subject Of The Order Is: Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Bridge Along The District Road No. 3262D At Km 0+028, Located Between Ul. Kłodzką A Ul. Bystrzycka In Ołdrzychowice Kłodzkie, Damaged During The Flood In September 2024, Along With The Reconstruction Of Access Roads To The Facility And The Performance Of All Preparatory, Temporary And Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment And Restoring Full Functionality Of The Facility. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Applicable Legal Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge.3. The Detailed Scope And Technology Of Carrying Out The Works Were Specified In The Design Documentation Constituting Annexes To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Execution Of Preparatory, Surveying And Organizational Works, Including The Development And Implementation Of Temporary Traffic Organization, Securing The Construction Site And The Existing Technical Infrastructure, Performance Of Measurement Works And Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory; 2) Performance Of Demolition Works And Cleaning Of The Bridge Structure And The Adjacent Area From Flood Remnants, Demolition Of Damaged Elements Of The Structure, Surface And Equipment Of The Facility; 3) Performance Of Construction Works Including Reconstruction Of The Bridges Load-Bearing Structure, Renovation Of Pillars Together With Foundation Elements And Performance Of Other Construction Works Provided For In The Design Documentation; 4) Performance Of Repair And Protection Works For The Structure Of The Facility, Including In Particular Repair Of Concrete Surfaces, Reprofiling Of Defects, Injection Of Scratches And Cracks, Execution Of Anti-Moisture, Underground, Anti-Carbonation, Anti-Corrosion And Hydrophobic Coatings And Other Protections Provided For In The Documentation Design;5) Construction Of Bridge Equipment Elements, Including Insulation, Expansion Joints, Sidewalk Caps, Barrier Rails, Drainage Of The Facility, Curbs And Other Elements Provided For In The Design Documentation;6) Execution Of Construction Layers And Surfaces On The Facility And Reconstruction Of Access Roads To The Bridge Along With Reconstruction Of Drainage And Other Elements Of The Road;7) Execution Of Finishing, Cleaning And Reconstruction Works, Restoration Of The Target Traffic Organization And Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works.
