The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Works As Part Of The Investment Task Titled: Reconstruction Of The Willa Zielona Building In Connection With The Installation Of A Vertical Crane (Platform For Disabled People) (Task). 1.1. The Scope Of The Task Includes Works Related To The Following: A) Demolition And Demolition Construction Works Will Include: • Dismantling Of Existing Floor Layers In The Room. 0.09 – Warehouse Within The Planned Platform For Disabled People; • Disassembly Of Board Doors To The Rooms. 0.09 – Warehouse; • Drilling Holes In The Ceilings Of The Basement And Ground Floor With Dimensions Of 1.50X1.63 M; • Cutting Door Openings In The Existing Load-Bearing Wall Next To The Designed Vertical Platform For Disabled People (3 Pieces); • Carving Grooves In The Walls For Mounting Steel Lintels; • Other Demolition And Associated Works; B) Preparatory Construction Works Will Include: • Priming With Primers; • Other Preparatory Works; C) Construction And Finishing Works Will Include: • Foundation Excavations; • Formwork Of Foundation Strips; • Preparation Of Reinforcement For Foundation Strips, • Construction Of The Platform Pit; • Construction Of Foundation Strips For Load-Bearing Walls; • Building Load-Bearing Walls Around The Platform At The Basement, Ground Floor And Attic Levels In Order To Provide Additional Support For The Ceiling; • Making Reinforced Concrete Rings; • Bricking Up Part Of The Door Opening In Basements; • Installation Of Steel Lintels In The Existing Walls At The Designed Platform Doors And At The Sliding Doors In The Basement; Mounting Steel Lintel Beams On Concrete Cushions Or Cement Mortar, Along With Filling The Space Between The Beams With Cement Mortar; • Adjustment Of Plasterboards And Insulation Placed Under The Roof Structure In Order To Obtain A Minimum Headroom Height Of 225 Cm; • Providing Gravity Ventilation Using Roof Exhaust Vents (Making Additional Holes In The Ceiling); • Changing The Height Of The Suspended Ceiling In Basements; • Formwork, Preparation Of Reinforcement And Concreting Of Ring Beams; • Completing The Floors Within The Platform For Disabled People; • Installation Of Doors In The Basement, In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations; • Completion And Execution Of New Internal Cement-Lime Plasters Of Completed And Newly Designed Walls; • Painting Internal Walls And Ceilings; • Works Resulting From The Modernization Of Electrical Installations; • Purchase And Assembly Of The Platform; • Other Construction And Finishing Works; • Making And Installing, After Consultation With The Ordering Party, An Information Board With Dimensions Of 180X120 Cm Made Of Composite Board, Plexiglas Or Pvc With A Thickness Of At Least 3 Mm, In Accordance With The Guidelines Specified In The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 7, 2021 On Determining Information Activities Undertaken By Entities Implementing Financed Tasks Undertaken By Entities Implementing Tasks Financed Or Co-
