The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. The Materials That Will Be Used To Perform The Works Must Meet The Employers Requirements Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.
