1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works For The Construction Of A Hot Water Installation In A Multi-Family Residential Building At Ul. Tarczyńska 1 In Warsaw Along With The Renovation Of The Heating Substation Room. 2. The Order Includes The Following Works: 1) Disassembly Of Pg And Electrical Thermal Baths, 2) Installation Of A New Hot Water And Circulation System, Horizontal And Vertical, Made Of Stabilized Polypropylene Pipes Connected By Welding, 3) Installation Of Ball Valves Shutting Off The Premises And Risers, 4) Installation Of Thermostatic Valves On The Circulation Pipe, 5) Installation Of Ccw Water Meters In The Premises, 6) Connection Of The New Installation With The Installation Premises,7) Testing The Tightness And Operation Of The System,8) Renovation And Construction Works Related To The Installation Of A New Central Heating Installation, I.E. Punctures, Inserting New Protective Sleeves, Brickwork Of Building Partitions,9) Connecting The Cold And Hot Water Installation To The Model Of The Heating Substation For The Central Heating Function,10) Removing Rubble And Scrap From The Building,11) Renovation Of The Heating Substation Room.3. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Implemented In Accordance With The Attached Architectural And Construction Design Constituting Appendix No. 9 To Swz.4. The Detailed Scope Of Renovation Works Is Included In The Attached Bills Of Quantities, Which Are: A) Annex No. 8A To The Swz - Bill Of Quantities For Works Regarding Retrofitting The Building With Central Hot Water, B) Annex No. 8B To The Swz - Bill Of Quantities For The Renovation Of The Heating Substation Room.
