The Subject Of The Contract For The Implementation Of Construction Works Is The Construction Of An Unnamed Municipal Road Connecting Ul. Mariana Langiewicza And Ul. Mazowiecka With Ul. Siennicka And Ul. Stanisław Wyspiański In The Commune And City Of Mińsk Mazowiecki. The Designed Road Section Connects With Other Public Roads In The Following Way: - Km 0+000 M - With The Intersection With Ul. Mazowiecka And Ul. Mariana Langiewicza, - Km 0+243.21 M - With Provincial Road No. 802 Ul. Siennicka, As Well As The Intersection With Ul. Stanisław Wyspiański. The Ordering Party Emphasizes That In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Decision No. 760/2025 Issued Authorizing The Implementation Of A Road Investment, The Investment Should Be Carried Out By Ensuring The Connections Of All Existing Public Roads Located In The Area Covered By The Investment And By Ensuring Access Of The Property To These Roads. The Investment Also Includes The Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path, A Sidewalk, Construction Of Exits, Roadsides, Construction Of Parking Spaces And Construction Of A Drainage Ditch. The Length Of The Section Of The Designed Road Is 240.27 M. The Scope Of The Substantive Implementation Of The Order Also Includes The Contractor, On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Carrying Out All Activities Enabling The Ordering Party To Start Using The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Submitting A Notification To The Competent Construction Supervision Authority About The Completion Of Construction Together With Submitting All Documents Required For This Purpose And Obtaining A Certificate Issued By The Relevant Construction Supervision Authority Confirming The Lack Of Grounds For Objection.
