The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of Parking Spaces At Ul. Zgrzenioka, Ul. Czysta And Al. Niepodległości In Tychy. The Order Includes The Execution Of Road Works Together With Accompanying Works Necessary To Obtain The Correct Technical And Operational Parameters Of The Renovated Parking Spaces And Adjacent Communication Routes. The Scope Of The Works Includes In Particular: • Execution Of Preparatory, Measurement And Security Works; • Introduction, Maintenance And Liquidation Of Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works, To The Extent Required By The Documentation And Applicable Regulations; • Execution Of Demolition Works, Including Disassembly Of Existing Surfaces, Curbs, Edges And Other Elements Interfering With The Implementation Of The Task, Along With The Removal And Management Of Demolition Materials;• Construction Of A Trough And Preparation Of The Ground For The Designed Surface Structures;• Construction Of Structural Layers Of Parking Lot And Sidewalk Surfaces;• Construction Of Parking Spaces With Permeable Concrete Paving Stones;• Construction Of Parking Spaces For People With Disabilities;• Construction Of Paving Stones For Sidewalks Concrete, Including The Surface Made Of Integrating Cubes In The Locations Indicated In The Design Documentation;• Construction Of Curbs, Stops And Concrete Edges Together With Concrete Footings;• Height Adjustment Of The Site Infrastructure Elements, In Particular Street Inlets, Sewer Manholes And Utilities Network Fittings;• Execution Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings And Installation Of Road Traffic Safety Devices;• Protection Of The Existing Underground Utilities Through The Use Of Protective Pipes;• Execution Of The Works Finishing Works, Including Topsoil And Sowing Of Green Areas;• Preparation Of An As-Built Surveying Inventory;• Performance Of All Accompanying And Auxiliary Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order.
