The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Development Of Design Documentation And Execution Of Construction Works For: A) Stage I: - Expansion Of The Main Pitch Irrigation Installation, - Regeneration Of The Entire Turf Of The Main Pitch. B) Stage Ii: - Construction Of Two New Covered Stands, - Construction Of Lighting For The Main Pitch Along With An External Electrical Installation For Events, - Renovation Of The Back-Up Facilities, - Construction Of A Play Garden For The Youngest Children, - Construction Of A Utility Warehouse Building.2) The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: C) Development Of Design Documentation In The Form Of: Construction And Executive Designs (For The Scope Requiring Obtaining A Building Permit) Or Simplified Design Documentation (For The Scope Not Requiring A Building Permit), Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bid Cost Estimates, Bills Of Quantities; D) Obtaining All Necessary Conditions, Opinions, Arrangements, Checks, Resolutions, Expert Opinions, Decisions, Etc.; E) Obtaining All Necessary Technical Conditions And/Or Their Updates Regarding The Reconstruction Of Existing Networks And Devices And Connection Facility To The Network; F) Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Contract, Design Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party, Building Permit Decision(S), Works Notifications, G) Carrying Out A Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory, H) Preparing And Submitting To The Ordering Party A Set Of Documents Necessary To Report The Completion Of The Works Or Submit An Application For An Occupancy Permit, No Later Than On The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works, I) Exercising Authors Supervision.
