1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Under The Name: Reconstruction Of 8 Bathrooms In An Office Building. The Investment Will Include Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of Public Sanitary Facilities In The Building Of The Małopolska Agricultural Advisory Center In Karniowice. The Spatial Arrangement And Architectural Form Remain Unchanged.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) And The Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, And In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.3. The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Treated As Auxiliary Material For Determining The Lump Sum Price Of The Order, Therefore Omitting An Item From The Bill Of Quantities, Adding Another Item (E.G. Own Calculation), Descriptions, Over Or Underestimating The Number Of Bill Of Quantities Units Will Not Affect The Correctness Of The Preparation Of The Cost Estimate, And The Ordering Party Will Consider That The Contractor Has Calculated All Quantities Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order, Specified In The Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, And The Offer Price Is The Complete Price.
