4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Rooms In The Building In Kępki And In The Building Of The Commune Office In Ulana-Majorata In Order To Increase Access To Wide, Comprehensive, Good Quality Social Services Addressed To The Local Community.4.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Works: 4.2.1. Task No. 1 - Construction Works Under The Project: Support For Seniors In The Form Of Social Services In The Ulan-Majorat Commune Will Be Carried Out On The Ground Floor In Part Of The Building Of The Former Primary School In Kępki. The Works Will Include, Among Others: 1) Dismantling The Door, Making A Prefabricated Lintel, Opening The Opening, Installing A New Double Door, 2) Dismantling The Partition Wall Along With Dismantling The Door And Replenishing The Parquet Floor, 3) Sanding, Filling Gaps, Varnishing The Parquet Floor, Painting The Skirting Boards, Puttying, Painting The Walls And Ceiling.4.2.2. Task No. 2 - Construction Works Under The Project Creation Of A Social Services Center In The Ulan-Majorat Commune Will Be Carried Out: A) On The Ground Floor In Part Of The Building Of The Former Primary School In Kępki.
