The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Necessary To Adapt The Room Into A Language Laboratory In The Building Of The Secondary School, Including In Particular The Adaptation Of The Ceiling Separating The Second Floor From The Unused Attic To The Rei 60 Fire Resistance Class, Along With The Performance Of Accompanying And Reconstruction Works Resulting From The Design Documentation. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Construction, Assembly, Disassembly, Finishing Works And Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And To Achieve Effect Specified In The Design Documentation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Scope Of Works, Technical Solutions, Work Execution Technology, Requirements For Materials And The Method Of Acceptance Of The Works Are Specified In:• Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Design Documentation, • Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb). The Attached Bill Of Quantities Is Only Of Auxiliary Nature And Does Not Constitute The Basis For Determining The Scope Of The Order. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Bill Of Quantities And The Design Documentation Or Stwiorb, The Provisions Of The Design Documentation And Stwiorb Remain Binding.
