The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of An Inventory Of The Existing Facility, Surroundings And Infrastructure To The Extent Necessary To Develop Design Documentation. 2) Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation For The Demolition Of A Complex Of Three Office Buildings, Located In Warsaw (02-673) At Ul. Konstruktorska 3A, 1A And 1, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2454) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1679, As Amended).3) Based On The Prepared Design Documentation, Obtaining, Among Others: Necessary Consents, Permits, Decisions, Opinions Required To Carry Out Demolition In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular Obtaining A Demolition Permit In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended).4) Carrying Out Demolition Works Of Buildings, Including, Among Others, Foundations, Adjacent Ramps, Walls, Stairs, Floors, Installations, Interior Finishing Elements, Elements Of Underground Infrastructure Belonging To The Building, Cleaning And Recultivation Of The Area.
