Inventory, Felling Plan, Planting Design, Obtaining A Felling Decision Along With Possible Replacement Plantings And Costs Related To The Obtained Felling Decision, 3) Earthworks, 4) Securing The Existing Technical Infrastructure, 5) Reconstruction Of The Power Grid/Street Lighting Network, 6) Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System, 7) Construction Of A Technological Canal, 8) Construction Of The Ul. Road. Grzybowa,9) Construction Of Parking Spaces, Sidewalks, Exits, Roadsides,10) Protection Or Reconstruction Of Utility Networks Colliding With The Investment In Question,11) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation In Three Copies, Including: A) Construction Log,B) Acceptance Reports, Test Reports, Measurement Reports And Other Necessary Protocols Confirming The Proper Performance Of Construction And Installation Works During Construction, C) Surveying Report, D) Material Cards, E) As-Built Cost Estimates, F) Final Occupancy Permit/Effective Notification Of Completion Of Works, G) Design With All Possible Changes Introduced During Construction Marked Therein, H) Drawings And Descriptions Supplementing The Design For The Construction Of The Facility, If Any. As-Built Documentation Must Be Complete And Signed By The Construction Manager And Approved By The Investors Supervision Inspector12) Provision Of Service Surveying, 13) Extension Or Obtaining New Industry Arrangements Enabling The Execution Of The Works, 14) Preparation Of An As-Built Geodetic Map, 15) Preparation And Introduction Of Temporary Traffic Organization, 16) Execution And Introduction Of The Target Traffic Organization, 17) Obtaining The Final Decision On The Occupancy Permit Or Effective Notification Of The Completion Of The Works.3. The Detailed Opz Was Specified In The Appendices To The Swz: Design Documentation - Annex No. 8 To The Swz, And, Additionally, In The Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 9 To The Swz.4. Wherever The Subject Matter Of The Contract Is Described By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Adds The Words Or Equivalent To These References In The Absence Of A Specific Term.
