1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Building Of The City Hall In Lubawa, Consisting Of Construction Works And The Supply Of Equipment. The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Renovation And Thermal Modernization Of The Buildings Roof, 2) Demolition Works Inside The Building, 3) Construction And Finishing Works, 4) Delivery Of Equipment, 5) Electrical Installation Works, 6) Sanitary Installation Works.2. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Specified In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works Referred To In Art. 103 Section 1 Of The Act. Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And Bill Of Quantities (Auxiliary Appendix) Constitute Annex No. 9 To Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Auxiliary And Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular: A) Securing The Area Where The Works Will Be Carried Out (Construction Site); B) Tidying Up And Cleaning Up After The Completion Of The Works The Area Where The Works Will Be Carried Out And Adjacent Rooms And Communication Routes Contaminated As A Result Of The Works; 4. The Execution Of The Order Is Subject To Polish Law, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994. Construction Law;5. During The Execution Of The Order, The Facility Where Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed Will Be In Constant Use. Employees And Third Parties Will Perform Their Duties In The Facility. Construction Works Are Carried Out On The Premises Of The City Hall. The Contractor Will Agree On The Location Of The Construction Facilities And The Individual Stages Of Work. 8. D
