A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works Are Attached As Annex No. 1.1.A To The Swz - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works. 1.1.2. The Ordering Party Attaches The Bills Of Quantities (Appendix No. 1.1 To The Swz) As Non-Binding Material. The Attached Bills Of Quantities Are Indicative And Should Be Treated As Supporting Material For A Quick And General Understanding Of The Material Scope And Size Of The Project. The Quantity And Description Of Individual Items In The Bill Of Quantities Should Not Be Treated As The Final Definition Of The Requirements For The Given Works.2. The Ordering Party Allows For The Submission Of Partial Offers.3. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A 60-Month Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order, Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Construction Works Being The Subject Of The Order.
