Execution Of Design Works And Construction Works, Based On The Functional And Utility Program Held By The Ordering Party, Including The Investment Entitled: Construction Of A Residential Building With Assisted Living Units With Demolition Of Farm Buildings - As Part Of The Project Deinstitutionalization Of Social Assistance In The Prudnik Poviat For The Task Investment In Social Infrastructure. Scope Of Construction Works For The Above-Mentioned. The Investment Project Includes: 1) Demolition Of Existing Farm Buildings, 2) Construction Of A Residential Building With Five Assisted Living Apartments Along With A Meeting Room/Room For A Supporting/Supervising Person, 3) Construction Of Power, Water And Sanitary Sewage Connections, 4) Installation Of Sanitary And Electrical Networks With A Main Power Switch, Central Heating, It, Rtv And Photovoltaic Installations, Mechanical Ventilation With Heat Recovery, Air Conditioning, And A Heat Pump For The Needs Of Domestic Hot Water And A Hybrid Water Heater, 5) Adapting The External Appearance Of The Facade Of The Building Under Construction To The Existing Rural Development In Racławice Śląskie, In Accordance With The Findings Of The Opole Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Opole, 6) Developing The Area With Accompanying Infrastructure, With Hardening To The Extent Necessary For Communication And Access To The Building For Residents, Disabled People And Employees, Road Transport With Parking Spaces For Residents And Disabled People,7) Tidying Up The Existing Greenery And New Planting Of Low Greenery,8) Performing Additional Construction Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Investment Task.
