1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Removal Of Hazardous Waste From The Property In Dąbrowa Górnicza At Ul. Hotelowa 6 (From The Plot No. 5623/1, Strzemieszyce Wielkie District) And Their Management In Accordance With The Act On Waste In Final Recovery Or Disposal Processes.2. The Task Is Carried Out In Accordance With Art. 26A Of The Act Of December 14, 2012. On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) And Involves The Immediate Removal Of Hazardous Waste From The Above-Mentioned Area In Accordance With The Decision Of The Mayor Of Dąbrowa Górnicza Of August 28, 2025. As Part Of The Above-Mentioned Task, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Complete Removal And Management Service In Accordance With The Waste Act In The Final Recovery Or Disposal Processes Of Containers With Hazardous Waste And Waste Leaks Located Within And Near The Above-Mentioned. Stored Waste Containers From The Mentioned Location.4. The Waste Is Located In The Storage Yard, Collected In: - Mauser Pallet-Containers (Estimated Amount Of 58 Plastic Containers With A Capacity Of 1 M3), Mostly Placed On An Asphalt Surface, - Metal And Plastic Barrels Of Various Capacities (2 Barrels With A Capacity Of 200 Dm3, 1 Barrel With A Capacity Of Approx. 50 Dm3, 1 Package With Plastic With A Capacity Of Approx. 10 Dm3), Placed On Unpaved Ground, Next To A Concrete Fence.5. Estimated Total Mass Of Hazardous Waste 58.45 Mg. Waste Containers Are Located In The Western Part Of The Plot In Two Clusters (At The Western Border Of The Plot - A Cluster Of Approximately 28 Mausers And At The Western-Southern Border Of The Plot - In The Corner - A Cluster Of Approximately 30 Mausers). The Mausers Are Arranged In Layers And Fit Tightly Together. Near The Mausers, In The Western-Southern Corner Of The Plot, There Are Three Metal Barrels (2 Pcs. With A Capacity Of 200 L And 1 Pc. With A Capacity Of Approx. 50 L) And A Pvc Bucket With A Capacity Of Approx. 10 L.6. According To The Chemical-Toxicological Opinion Of 2018.
