The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services To The Ordering Party, Under Which The Contractor, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Will Perform Activities Consisting In: A) Providing Development Services For The Clininet System, I.E. Services Performed By The Contractor At The Request Of The Ordering Party Consisting In Designing And Programming Functionalities In The Cn System Based On The Tools Made Available In This System At The Administrator Role Level For Up To 100 Hours Per Month, B) Providing It Service Services, I.E. Services It Services Performed By The Contractor At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Consisting Of: − Installation, Implementation And Service Maintenance Of The Contractors Report System − Parameterization Of The Contractors Report System, I.E. Adapting This System To The Specificity And Requirements Of The Ordering Party − Providing Technical Consultations Related To The Contractors Report System, Conducting User Training, Creating Documentation And Instructions Regarding The Contractors Report System − Providing Development Services In The Contractors Report System, I.E. Preparing And Making Reports Available In This System, − Replication Of Database Data And Maintenance Of A Data Warehouse For Patient Valuation Templates, − Creation Of Reports, Forms And Printouts At The Ordering Partys Request. C) Making The Reporting Service In The Contractors Reporting System Available In The On-Premises Model To The Ordering Partys Users Via The Ordering Partys Intranet.
