Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Radiotelephones For Communication Purposes Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026

1. The Ordering Party Places A Public Order And The Contractor Accepts It For Execution, Entitled: Delivery Of Radiotelephones For Communication Purposes Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026.2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Deliver 12 Stationary Radiotelephones And Install 3 In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party; 2) Deliver 72 Radiotelephones; 3) Delivery Of 9 6-Station Desk Chargers For Wearable Radios; 4) Delivery Of 54 Car Chargers For Wearable Radios; 5) Service And Technical Support For The Supplied Equipment; 6) Training Of 25 Representatives Of The Ordering Party; 7) Configuration Of Radiotelephones For Operation Via A Working Repeater.3. General Requirements For Equipment:1) All Delivered Devices Must Be Brand New, Without Defects And Damage, Unregenerated, Unused And Not The Subject Of Exhibitions And Presentations, And Unless Otherwise Specified In The Detailed Requirements For Devices.2) All Devices Will Come From The Official European Distribution Channel Intended For The Polish Market.3) The Devices Will Be Delivered By The Contractor Using Its Own Transport And At Its Own Expense To The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party. All Devices Must Be Delivered In The Manufacturers Original Packaging,4) All Devices Should Comply With Eu Standards And Intended For The Eu Market, And Should Have A Ce Certificate.5) The Delivered Equipment Should Be Complete And Ready For Operation, So That It Is Not Necessary To Purchase Additional Components Or Accessories,6) The Contractor Will Provide Appropriate Confirmation Of The Equipment Warranty And Ensuring That The Equipment Is Covered By The Manufacturers Warranty. 7) The Contractor Will Provide A Guarantee In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Draft Contract For The Fault-Free Operation Of The Equipment Delivered Under The Contract. 8) The Manufacturers Warranty Granted Does Not Exclude The Ordering Partys Warranty Rights Towards The Contractor. 9) All Costs Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be Included In The Offer Price (I.E. Costs Of Accessories, Assembly, Packaging Costs And Possible Discounts And Rebates, Including The Costs Of Delivery (Transport) To The Location Indicated By The Ordering Party And Other Costs, If Any). 10) The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Service, Including All Products Ict, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Complete The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Did Not Include: - Ict, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of July 5, 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; - An Ict Product Whose Type Was Specified In The Decision To Recognize The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier Referre
