1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation And Delivery Of Meals To Primary School No. 6 In Opacza - In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations Issued On The Basis Of This Act, Including The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of February 16 2026 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Education System Units And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of The Collective Nutrition Of Children And Adolescents In These Units (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 197). 2. The Subject Of The Contract Was Not Divided Into Parts, Which Does Not Have A Negative Impact On Competition. The Lack Of Division Into Parts Is Dictated By Economic Reasons. This Order Covers The Scope Of Only One School, Which Means That Its Implementation In One Part And By One Contractor Will Be The Most Effective Method Of Implementation From A Technical And Formal Point Of View. 3. The Ordering Party Plans That During The Term Of The Contract: A) From The Date Of Signing The Contract Until June 24, 2027, The Following Should Be Delivered: 14,500 Pieces Of Two-Course Dinners With Compote For Students Aged 7 - 14 B) From The Day Of Signing The Contract Until June 24, 2027, The Following Should Be Delivered For Children Aged 6 (Kindergarten Class): 1,700 Pieces Of Second Meals Breakfasts, 1,700 Two-Course Dinners With Compote, 1,700 Afternoon Snacksc) From June 28 To July 2, 2027. Meals Should Be Provided (Second Breakfast, Two-Course Dinner With Compote, Afternoon Snack) For 100 Children/Day At Summer Camps. The Date Of The Summer Camp May Be Changed. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Ordered Meals During The Duration Of The Contract Due To: - Childrens Absence From School Or Resignation From Attending School And During Holiday Breaks. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Implement The Concluded Contract In The Scope Of At Least 60% Of The Planned Number Of Two-Course Dinners. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1B To The Swz.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
