The Work Will Be Carried Out In An Active Facility, Enabling Uninterrupted Water Supply. A One-Time Interruption Of Water Supplies (Hydrophore Set) Due To Overvoltage Of The Installation Is Expected For Up To 6 Hours. The Ordering Party Allows A Break In The Operation Of Deep-Well Pumps And The Filtration System (From Tuesday To Thursday) Of No Longer Than 4 Hours A Day. The Subject Of The Task Is The Modernization Of The Existing Emergency Intake In The Form Of Well 7A. The Raw Water Will Then Go Through The Existing Collective Discharge Collector To The Suw Building, Where It Will Be Measured Again In The Collector Using An Electromagnetic Flowmeter. In The Next Stage, The Raw Water Is To Be Aerated And Degassed In The Dn800 Central Aerator, Which Should Be Equipped With An Emergency Bypass. The New Aerated Water Pipeline Should Be Equipped With A Static Mixer, Where The Ph Of The Water Will Be Adjusted By Chemical Alkalinization Using Sodium Hydroxide. The Water Prepared In This Way Will Be Sent Via A New Pipeline To Two Dn1400 Filters, Where, Using A Quartz And Catalytic Bed, Iron And Manganese Will Be Reduced And The Ph Will Be Further Adjusted By The Flow Of Water Through The Deacidification Bed, Which Will Neutralize The Acidity. One Of The Last Elements Of Water Treatment Will Be The Reduction Of Nitrates Using Ion Exchange Resins, Where Part Of The Water Is Redirected Outside The Ion Column System And Then Mixed With Nitrate-Free Water. The Water Prepared In This Way Is To Be Transferred To The Existing Retention Tank With A Capacity Of 100 M3. Water From The Retention Tank Will Be Collected Using A New Hydrophore Set Consisting Of Three Pumps And A Rinsing Pump Set. The Rinsing Pump Will Be Used To Rinse The Filter Bed In The Newly Designed Dn1400 Filters, The Ion Columns Will Be Washed As Before, Using The Outlet Of The Hydrophore Set, Which Should Be Equipped With A New Pressure Reducer.
