The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Transported Students On Individual Routes, Depending On The Needs Reported By Schools And Kindergartens, However, The Number Of Transported Students May Change To 25% During The School Year, A Thus Reducing The Number Of Ordered Monthly Tickets, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims. 4.10. The Service Will Be Provided Using The Contractors Rolling Stock Based On Regular Transport In Accordance With The Rules Resulting From The Act Of 6 September 2001 On Road Transport And The Act Of 16 December 2010 On Public Transport Implementation Of The Service In Accordance With The Lesson Plan In Individual Schools.
