The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery Of Computer Equipment As Part Of The Investment Task: Purchase Of Computers, Printers And Other Devices For The Needs Of The County Office. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of The Following Products: 1. Desktop Computer – 10 Pcs.2. Desktop Computer – 1 Pc.3. Office Software – 11 Pcs.4. Operating System – 1 Pc.5. Monitor – 10 Pcs.6. Monitor – 1 Pc.7. Shredders – 5 Pcs.8. Laser Printer – 2 Pcs.9. Multifunction Device – 1 Pc.10. Ups Power Supply – 11 Pcs.11. Cordless Telephone – 10 Pcs. 12. Portable Computer - 1 Pc. In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Offer Should Cover The Implementation Of The Entire Contract. Dividing The Contract Into Parts Would Pose The Risk Of Excessive Technical Difficulties And The Need To Constantly Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract, Which Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Execution Of The Contract. Allowing The Submission Of An Offer Containing Equivalent Materials Or Devices: 1) The Ordering Party Has Made Every Effort To Ensure That The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include The Trade Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product. If The Documents Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Include The Trade Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product, It Is For Information Purposes Only.2) If Any Indications Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Appear In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, They Determine The Minimum Quality Standard Of The Materials Or Devices Accepted For Valuation. Any Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution, Quality, Technical And Functional Standards.3) The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Pzp Allows The Contractor To Offer Materials And Equipment Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Provided That They Ensure Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed. 4) If An Equivalent Material Or Device Is Offered, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit, Along With The Offer, Evidence Confirming That The Offered Materials And Devices Meet The Equivalence Requirements, I.E.: A List Of Materials And Devices Other Than Those In The Swz And Their Technical Parameters, Catalog Cards Or Similar Documents. 5) The Obligation To Demonstrate The Equivalence Of The Offer Rests With The Contractor Under Pain Of Rejection Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.6) If The Contractor Does Not Submit The Evidence Or The Evidence Submitted Is Incomplete, The Ordering Party Will Call On The Contractor To Submit Or Supplement It Within Th
