1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Transporting Disabled Students (Transport From The Place Of Residence And Transport To The Place Of Residence) From The Tuchów Commune To Schools And Facilities In The Period From September 2, 2026 To June 25, 2027 And Providing Care For Students During Transport. 2. Transport Of Disabled Students Takes Place On School Days, In The Period From September 2, 2026 To June 25 2027, Excluding Days Off From Teaching, Christmas Breaks, Vacations, Vacations And Other Breaks Resulting From The School Year Calendar. If School Classes Are To Be Completed On Another Day Off, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Transport In Accordance With The Agreed Schedule.3. Transport Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Schedules Agreed Between The Contractor And The Students Parents/Guardians And The Directors Of Individual Institutions. The Schedules May Change Due To The Organization Of The Schools Work. 4. The Contractor Will Provide The Transport Service Using Vehicles Designed To Transport Disabled People. To Handle The Transport Of Disabled Children, At Least Two Vehicles Must Be Secured, Including One Adapted To Transport Disabled People And One Adapted To Transport People In Wheelchairs. Vehicles Must Have A Sufficient Number Of Seats On A Specific Route - They Must Have Guaranteed Seats. 5. Vehicles Used To Transport Students Must Meet The Technical Requirements Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, As Amended) And Other Regulations Related To The Transport Of Persons. They Should Be Appropriately Marked (In Accordance With Applicable Regulations), Kept Clean, Maintaining Internal And External Aesthetics. 6. In The Event Of A Breakdown Of The Vehicle Transporting Students, The Contractor Is Immediately Obliged To Provide Replacement Transport At Its Own Expense That Meets All The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party When Establishing The Order. 7. The Care For Students During Transport Is Organized And Provided By The Contractor. The Driver Cannot Be The Guardian Of Students. The Guardian Of Transported Children Must Be An Adult, Prepared To Perform Basic Nursing And Care Activities, With Training Or A Course In Providing First Aid, Documented With A Certificate, Certificate Or Other Document Confirming Completion Of Training, Form Of Improvement Or Obtaining Qualifications. The Basic Scope Of Duties Of Guardians Is In Particular: 1) Responsibility For The Safety Of Disabled Children Traveling In A Vehicle, On The Way From Home To School And From School To Home, 2) Ensuring That Disabled Children Are Seated In The Vehicle, 3) Checking That The Doors In The Vehicle Are Closed Before Starting The Journey, 4) Assisting In Getting In And Out Of The Vehicle, 5) Collecting Students From Their Parents/Guardians And Handing Them Over To The Person Responsible At The Educational Institution, Collecting Students After The End Of Cl
