1. Name Given To The Order By The Ordering Party: Development Of A Concept For The Road From The Intersection Of Ul. Batorego From Ul. Melpomeny To Ul. Northern Route Including Traffic Analysis And Forecast And Obtaining A Decision On Environmental Conditions. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is To Prepare A Concept For The Route Of The Road Connecting The Intersection Of Ul. Batory And Ul. Melpomene With The Northern Route. The Scope Of The Task Includes The Development Of Road Route Variants, Analysis And Forecast Of Road Traffic, And Indication Of The Recommended Solution. The Study Will Also Include The Preparation Of The Required Documentation And Obtaining A Decision On Environmental Conditions, Necessary For Further Stages Of The Investment Implementation.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex I.4 To The Swz (Together With Annexes To The Opz).4. The Contractor Will Provide A Guarantee And Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5. In The Case Of Execution Of The Order By Contractors Jointly Applying For The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation To Personally Perform Key Tasks By Individual Contractors, I.E. Execution Of A Road Industry Project By The Designer.6. The Ordering Party Informs That The Indications Of Common Names, Trademarks, Manufacturers Names, And Photos That May Appear In The Swz Together With Annexes In The Included Elements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Serve Only To Determine The Visual, Technical And Qualitative Features. Product Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origins Used In The Swz Together With Attachments Should Be Treated As Examples - The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Products (Materials, Equipment). An Equivalent Product Is A Product That Has The Same Functional, Visual, Material And Technical Features As The Specific Product Indicated In The Swz But Is Marked With A Different Trademark, Patent Or Origin. The Quality Of An Equivalent Product Cannot Be Worse Than That Described In The Subject Of The Order, Cannot Lower The Standard In Any Way And Cannot Change The Principles And Technical Solutions Adopted In This Tor, And Thus Deprive The User Of Any Performance, Functionality Or Usefulness Described Or Resulting From The Tor. The Contractor Who Accepts Equivalent Solutions (Products) For The Valuation Of The Offer Is Obliged To Prove The Equivalence Of The Adopted Solutions, Including Equipment And Materials. In Order To Confirm That The Offered Equivalent Solution Meets The Requirements Specified In The Tor, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit, Along With The Offer, A Detailed Description/List Of The Offered Equivalent Procurement Subject Matter, Which Will Specify For Each Solution The Features Enabling Unambiguous Identification Of The Offered Solution And Confirmation Of Compliance With The Description Of The Subject
