Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of Computer Equipment As Part Of The Energy Consulting Project

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of: 1) 12 Pieces Of Laptops (Laptop With System And Office Software And A Docking Station/Port Replicator), One Manufacturer, One Brand And The Same Type, The Same Model, 2) 12 Pieces Of Computer Monitors, One Manufacturer, One Brand And The Same Type, The Same Model, With The Minimum Parameters Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As The Equipment.2. The Delivered Equipment Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects, Packed In The Manufacturers Original Packaging And Cannot Be Encumbered With Third Party Rights. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Meet The Requirements To Ensure The Energy Efficiency Of The Supplied Equipment, Resulting From The Regulation (Ec) 106/2008 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 15/01/2008 On The Eu Energy Efficiency Labeling Program For Office Equipment. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Equipment Using His Own Transport And At His Own Risk, Including Unloading And Bringing It To The Indicated Place, To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party Located In Warsaw (00-893) At Ul. Ogrodowa 5/7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Ordering Partys Representative About The Planned Delivery Of The Equipment By E-Mail To The Address Indicated In § 2 Section 1 Of The Agreement Template (Annex No. 7 To The Swz), At Least One (1) Business Day In Advance.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
