4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Improving Energy Efficiency By Modernizing Street Lighting In The Lubsza Commune4.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery And Installation Of Brand New 45 Pieces Of Solar-Led Lighting Fixtures With A Power Of Not Less Than 50W, Mounted On Steel Poles With A Height Of Approx. 6.0 M In The Lubsza Commune. 2) Conducting Research, Tests And Measurements. 3) Preparing As-Built Documentation. 4) Performing All Other Works And Activities Specified In The Technical Documentation Constituting An Annex To The Terms Of Reference (Swz). Moreover: In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Use Lighting Fixtures With The Ce Marking; B) Use Only New Solar-Led Lighting Fixtures Manufactured In The European Union Or New Fixtures Approved For Trading And Use In The European Union, In Accordance With With Applicable Regulations; C) Making All Arrangements, Obtaining The Required Opinions, Administrative Decisions, Conducting Analyses, Tests And Performing Other Activities Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.
