The Planned Modernization Of The Facility Concerns The Ground Floor, First And Second Floors Of The Part Of The Building Where The Cultural Center Is Located. Modernization Works In The Auditorium And Reconstruction Of Sanitary Rooms Are Planned On The Ground Floor Of The Building. On The First Floor, It Is Planned To Change The Function From A Rehearsal Room To A Library And Rebuild The Sanitary Facilities. On The Second Floor, It Is Planned To Change The Layout Of The Rooms And Change Their Function From A Library To Rooms For Instrumental And Dance Classes, A Room For Associations From The Village Area And Sanitary Rooms. It Is Planned To Replace The Balustrade In The Staircase And Renovate The Walls And Ceilings Of The Entire Staircase. In The Entire Three-Story Part, Replacement Of Central Heating, Water And Sewage And Electrical Installations Is Planned. No Works Are Planned Outside The Building.
