The Publication Is A Continuation Of The Series Of Free Art Textbooks Published By Cea And Is Intended For Students And Teachers Of Secondary Schools Of Art.2. Payment Deadline And Method - The Ordering Party Allows For Partial Invoicing On A Monthly Basis, After The End Of Each Month Of Contract Implementation, On The Basis Of The Status Of Contract Implementation Confirmed By Both Parties In A Delivery And Acceptance Protocol And On The Basis Of Correctly Issued Invoices, Within 30 Days From The Date Of Each Receipt Of A Correctly Issued Invoice.5. Subcontractors: A) The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer The Part Of The Order The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To A Subcontractor And To Provide The Names Of The Subcontractors Companies. B) Before Commencing The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor, If Already Known, Must Provide The Names Or Contact Details Of The Subcontractors And Their Contact Persons Involved In The Service. The Contractor Shall Notify The Ordering Party Of Any Changes To The Data Referred To In The First Sentence During The Execution Of The Order, And Also Provides Information On New Subcontractors To Whom It Later Intends To Entrust The Provision Of The Service. C) Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For The Proper Performance Of This Order.
