Disassembly, Delivery And Assembly Of Devices: A) Disassembly Of The Existing Bench And Waste Bin, B) Delivery And Assembly Of A Double Steel Swing, C) Assembly Of The Dismantled Bench And Waste Bin, D) Installation Of Playground Regulations, E) Construction Of A Safe Zone Of Sand For The Swing, F) The Device Must Be Made In Accordance With The Applicable Standard Pn-En 1176;2. Double Metal Swing: A) With Dimensions: Height 220 Cm, Length 320 Cm, Width 160 Cm. The Given Parameters, Including Dimensions, Describing Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Constitute The Initial Data. The Ordering Party Allows A Tolerance Of ± 10%. The Detailed Scope Of The Investment Is Presented In The Design Documentation Which Constitutes Appendix No. 1 - Scope Of The Investment. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws 2026, Item 524, As Amended) Together With Implementing Regulations, Standards, Instructions From Manufacturers Of The Equipment And Materials Used, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice. The Materials Provided And Used By The Contractor Should Meet The Quality Requirements For Products Approved For Trading And Use In Construction, Specified In Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws 2026, Item 524, As Amended). The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Must Also Comply With All Legal Acts Applicable To The Subject Of The Order, With Technical And Construction Regulations, Applicable Standards And Guidelines. The Detailed Type And Scope Of Work Was Specified In The Documentation Attached To The Procedure, Which Includes: • Land Development Design, • Architectural And Construction Design, • Technical Design, • Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, • Bill Of Quantities Is Attached As Auxiliary.
