A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To Swz.2. If The Documentation Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origin In Relation To Certain Materials And Devices, The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Article 99(5) Of The Act, Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Products. All Products From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The The Ordering Party And Constitute Only The Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. By The Provision Regarding The Minimum Requirements For Quality Parameters, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements Of The Goods Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs, And Websites Of Manufacturers. The Use Of Exemplary Names Of The Manufacturer Is Only Intended To Specify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution. Therefore, The Use Of The Names Of Producers / Products / Is Only Exemplary Equivalent With Quality Parameters And Functional Features, At Least At The Level Of The Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Recognizing Each Product With The Indicated Parameters Or Better.
