The Subject Of The Order Is: Modernization Of The Audio-Video System In 16 Rooms Of The Faculty Of Law And Administration.1. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1A To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party At The Contractors Risk And Within The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Due To The Contractor.3. The Contractor Must Offer To Complete The Entire Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Employers Requirements Specified In The Swz And Annexes And Cover The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract With The Offer. The Subject Of The Contract Must Meet The Relevant Standards And Have The Required Marketing Authorizations And Certificates.4. As Part Of The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver And Bring The Complete And Assembled (On-Site Assembly Is Allowed) Subject Of The Order (With Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order) To The Room Indicated By The Ordering Party. In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To: Dismantle The Equipment In The Rooms, Install, Connect, Start Up And Check The Operation Of The New Equipment. The Subject Of The Order (Equipment/Set/Product) Must Be Complete, I.E. It Must Have Equipment, Functions, Solutions Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Complete Cabling Necessary To Run The Devices, Etc., Compatible With The Given Device And Enabling Operation In The Full Range Of Parameters And Functionalities. 5. The Contractor Grants The Ordering Party: 24 Months Warranty For The Subject Of The Order. 6. The Warranty Period Indicated In Point 5 Is The Minimum Period. The Contractor May Include In His Offer A Longer Warranty Period For The Offered Subject Of The Contract, But No Longer Than: 60 Months, Chapter I Point 19.2.3. Swz Applies.7. The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is Counted From The Date Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order (Confirmed By The Acceptance Protocol).8. Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order: Maximum 90 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Subject To Point. 4.2 Swz.9. The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order Indicated In Point 4.1 Swz Is The Maximum Deadline For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order.
