The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Providing Services In The Field Of Bus Transport (Delivery And Pickup) Of Disabled Youth, Including Those In Wheelchairs (Maximum 4 In One Vehicle), To The Special School Complex In Wolsztyn. The Routes And Courses Are Specified In The Annex To The Agreement Referred To In Chapter Iv Below. When Calculating The Value Of The Order, The Estimated Number Of Kilometers Should Be Assumed To Be 59,750 Km During The Duration Of The Contract. B) Organization And Provision Of Care For Children And Young People During Transport (Delivery And Pick-Up) By The Contractor On The Terms Described In The Contract Referred To In Chapter Iv Below. C) The Contractor Is Obliged To Accept, Accept And Fulfill The Following Conditions For The Execution Of The Order Regarding The Safety Of Transport Of Children By School Transport: 1) Compliance With The Provisions Of The Act Of November 15, 1984, Transport Law (Journal Of Laws 2024.1262, I.E.
