1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery And Unloading Of Road Signs And Road Traffic Safety Elements To The Road And Bridge Districts In Babica, Błażowa, Wólka Niedźwiedzka, Respectively, In Accordance With The Price Form, Which Includes: • Warning Signs • Prohibition Signs • Mandatory Signs • Information Signs • Direction And Location Signs • Supplementary Signs • Sign Boards • Road Traffic Safety Devices • Posts, Handles To Signs• Information Boards2. The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 1 Of The Swz. 3. Total Liability For The Delivery Of Goods That Do Not Comply With The Requirements Specified In The Annex Referred To In Section 2 Weighs On The Contractor. If The District Roads Authority In Rzeszów Finds That The Delivered Goods Are Inconsistent With The Swz, Description Of The Subject Of The Order Or The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Charged Penalties In Accordance With The Contract, Up To And Including Termination Of The Contract. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Price Form, Which Constitutes Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 5. The Contractor Should Have For The Production Of Road Signs, Posts, Information Boards And Road Traffic Safety Devices, Respectively: 1) Technical Approval, Certificate Of Conformity Or Certificate Of Constancy Of Performance Issued By An Authorized Certification Body; 2) Marking Of The Construction Product; In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure And Construction Of November 17, 2016 On The Methods Of Declaring The Performance Properties Of Construction Products And The Method Of Marking Them With A Construction Mark (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 873).
