1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Along With Delivery And Unloading Of Under-Desk Containers For The Needs Of Spec. Psych. Zoz In Łódź. In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of The Assortment And Price Form (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz). 2. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Contractual Provisions (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz). 3. The Subject Of The Order Delivered By The Contractor Will Be Brand New, Ready For Use, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Originally Packed, Of The Highest Quality And Will Have A Warranty Period Of At Least 24 Months From The Date Of Delivery.4. The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Submitting Equivalent Offers (The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must Meet All The Requirements Of The Ordering Party With All Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Swz, I.E. Those That Guarantee Compliance With The Same Norms, Parameters And Standards), If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Shows That The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Defined By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Supplies, Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, If This Could Lead To Privileges Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products. The Term Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features Mean That The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements For The Goods Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs And Manufacturers Websites. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution. The Use Of Manufacturer/Product Names Is For Example Purposes Only. By Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Also Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Functional Features At Least At The Level Of The Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Recognizing Every Product With The Indicated Or Better Parameters. 6.
