Jul 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Development Remuneration range: > 6000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 20-25 days Drosos Foundation is seeking an experienced consultant or consultancy team to conduct an external evaluation of the Nabad Programme, implemented by Makesense Lebanon in partnership with CSTouch Advisors. The evaluation will assess the programmes achievements, implementation and lessons learned, with a particular focus on the revenue-generating models developed by participating NGOs and social enterprises, the effectiveness of the programmes financial and technical support model, and the influence of Lebanons evolving context on programme implementation and results. The evaluation will also provide practical recommendations to strengthen the programme during its remaining implementation period and inform the design of a potential second phase. The assignment will be conducted primarily through a review of existing programme documentation and monitoring data, complemented by targeted stakeholder consultations. Extensive primary data collection is not expected. The consultancy is expected to last 2025 working days over a period of approximately three months.
