The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Consists Of: - Design Documentation (Including The Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design Together With The Decision - Building Permit) - Stwior, - Bill Of Quantities2. Detailed Provisions Regarding The Terms And Conditions Of The Order Are Included In The Contract Template, Which Constitutes An Integral Part Of These Terms Of Reference.3. Warranty Requirements - For Completed Construction Works, The Contractor Will Provide A Basic Warranty For At Least 36 Months. The Warranty Will Be Granted In Accordance With The Content Of The Attached Warranty Card, Which Will Constitute An Annex To The Agreement.
