The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery Of Approx. 75,000 Liters Of Light Fuel Oil, In The 2026/2027 Heating Season For The Units Listed Below; 1) Commune Office In Płoskinia, Public Library Of The Commune Of Płoskinia, Volunteer Fire Department Ploskinia - Approx. 10,000 Liters, 2) Primary School In Płoskinia - Approx. 40,000 Liters,3) Primary School King Bolesław The Brave In Chruściel - Approx. 25,000 Liters. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered Successively, According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Supplied Fuel Oil Should Be Of Quality Class I And Meet The Following Quality Conditions Specified In The Polish Standard And Be Characterized By The Following Parameters: 1) Calorific Value Not Lower Than: 42.60 Mj/Kg, 2) Density At 15Oc Not Higher Than: 900 Kg/M3, 3) Kinematic Viscosity At 20Oc Not Higher Than: 6.0 Mm2/S, 4) Temperature Ignition Not Lower Than: 56Oc, 5) Pour Point Not Higher Than: (-20Oc), 6) Fractional Composition: A) Up To A Temperature Of 250Oc, Not More Than 65% (V/V) Is Distilled, B) Up To A Temperature Of 350Oc, Not Less Than 85% (V/V) Is Distilled, 7) Residue After Coking In 10% Of The Distillation Residue, Not More Than 0.30% (M/M), 8) Ash Residue 0.010% (M/M), 9) Sulfur Content Not More Than 0.10% (M/M), 10) Water Content Not More Than 200 Mg/Kg, 11) Total Impurities Content Not More Than 24 Mg/Kg.3. The Oil Will Be Delivered By The Contractors Transport (Tank Truck With A Pump Adapted To Transport Fuel Oil) At The Contractors Expense And Risk. The Tanker Must Have A Certified Fuel Dispensing Meter And A Hose Capable Of Dispensing Fuel With Appropriate Connections For Refueling The Tanks. 4. Quality Certificates Of The Delivered Fuel Oil Will Be Submitted With Each Delivery, No Later Than With The Invoice. 5. A Single Delivery Of Heating Oil Will Amount To Approximately 1,000L - 10,000L.6. Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Is Not Able To Precisely Determine The Amount Of Oil That Will Be Delivered To The Units During The Contract Period. The Ordering Party Reserves That For Reasons Beyond Its Control, The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order May Be Used Less, Without Any Consequences For The Ordering Party.7. The Oil Will Be Delivered Upon Notification By E-Mail Or Telephone: - Directly To The Indicated Unit, - Within 3 Days Of Notification, - In The Quantities Specified In The Order.8. When Describing The Subject Of The Order By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. The Contracting Authority May Not Reject A Tender Solely Because The Works, Supplies Or Services Offered Do Not Comply With The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems To Which The Description Of The Subject-Matter Of The Contract Refers, Provided That The Contractor Proves That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requi
