Scope Of Work To Be Performed: - Construction Of Partition Walls With A Suspended Ceiling Creating A Technical Room For The Designed Heat Pump For Heating And Domestic Hot Water; - Renovation Of The Floor With Stoneware Tiles In The Main Hall, Kitchen And Entrance Hall; - Demolition And Construction Of Walls Constituting The Counter Of The Catering Bar; - Refreshing Paint Coatings Throughout The Facility; - Installation Of A New Heat Source - Air Heat Pump For The Needs Of Heating And Hot Water, A Heat Pump Equipped With Cooling Functions; Reconstruction Of Internal Water, Sewage And Central Heating Installations Related To The Installation Of A New Heat Source In The Form Of A Heat Pump, Installation Of Underfloor Heating In The Main Hall And Kitchen; Construction Of A 15 Kwp Photovoltaic Installation Located On The Plot; Reconstruction Of The Internal Electrical Installation Related To The Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation And Electric Power Supply For The Heat Pump.2.
