1. The Order Covers The Reconstruction Of An Office Building Located On Plot 68/4 In Łęknica, Located At Ul. 1Maja 2A. The Reconstruction Involves The Addition Of A Vertical Lift Platform For Disabled People Along With The Addition Of External Stairs. The Stairs And Platform Will Provide Independent Access To The First Floor And The Attic Of The Building. External Reinforced Concrete Stairs With Stainless Steel Balustrades With Partial Glass Filling Were Designed. Steps And Landings - Granite Cladding. A Vertical Platform In The Form Of A Self-Supporting Shaft Glazed On 3 Sides. The Order Includes The Electrical Installation Of The Platform From An Existing Cabinet On The Ground Floor. On The 1St Floor And The Attic, The Existing Windows Should Be Rebuilt With Aluminum Doors Constituting Communication From The Designed Stairs And Platform To The Building. Additionally, Pvc Doors Forming Vestibules Should Be Installed In The Corridors Of The 1St Floor And The Attic, And The Conflicting Radiators Should Be Moved. 2. The Order Covers The Renovation Of The Attic Floor, Including In Particular: - Replacement Of Ceramic Tile Floors Such As Stoneware; - Replacement Of Pvc Floors/Floor Panels With Vinyl Panels Or Pvc Flooring; - Replacement Of Sanitary Fittings (Including Relocation Of The Sink In The Room 3/09); - Changing The Location Of The Door To The Room. 3.09;- Plaster Repair And Painting Of Walls And Ceilings;- Separation Of The Attic Electrical Installation (Sub-Meter);- Metering Of The Attic Water Supply System (Sub-Meter);- Installation Of Pvc Doors With A Locking Unit And Walls Separating The Attic From The Staircase;- Modernization Of Corridor Lighting.
