1. The Section Of The Road Intended For Reconstruction Runs In A Built-Up Area And Among Fields Belonging To The Town Of Maciejowiec In The Lubomierz Commune, In The Lwówek District, As An Access Road To Farms And Agriculturally Active Land. The Road Serves Traffic Related To Access To Buildings And Field Work. There Are Few Exits And Intersections With Internal Roads Along The Road. The Width Of The Road Varies From 2.60 To 3.00 M. Currently, The Roads Gravel Surface Is In Poor And Insufficient Condition Due To Neglected Maintenance. The Road Does Not Have Sidewalks Or Hardened Shoulders. The Road Is Drained On The Surface Through Transverse And Longitudinal Slopes Of The Road, Roadside Ditches And Into Adjacent Areas. The Existing Concrete Pipe Culvert Is Muddy And Does Not Fulfill Its Purpose. There Are Few Trees And Clumps Of Bushes Along The Road. There Is No Public Transport On The Road In Question, But It Is Used By Heavy Agricultural Vehicles. The Road Has No Street Lighting. The Road Does Not Have Any Markings Within The Intersections With The District Road, So The Marking Requires Supplementation. The Reconstruction Of The Road Will Consist In The Construction Of New Asphalt Concrete Surfaces, Restoring The Functionality Of Surface Drainage, Improving The Condition Of The Culvert And Supplementing The Marking In Accordance With The Approved Permanent Traffic Organization Design.2.
