The Subject Of The Order Is: Reconstruction And Equipment Of Lecture Rooms No. 249 (For The Needs Of The Institute Of Physics) And No. 154 (For The Needs Of Wns), Located In Segment F Of The Building Of The University Of Opole At Ul. Oleska 48 In Opole.2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1.1 To Swz.3. The Offer Must Be Clear And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Subject Of The Order.4. The Contractors Offer Must Correspond To The Content Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order.5. In The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account All Circumstances Resulting From The Order Documentation.6. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed For The Ordering Party At The Contractors Risk And Within The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Due To The Contractor.7. Within Seven [7] Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A Material And Financial Schedule [Hrf] In Consultation With The Ordering Party (And Receive The Ordering Partys Approval).8. The Contractor Provides A Sixty [60] Month Warranty For The Construction Works Performed.9. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship (Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended)) Of Persons Performing The Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order Indicated Below, The Performance Of Which Consists In The Performance Of Work. The Type Of Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order To Which The Requirements For Employment Based On The Employment Relationship By The Contractor Apply. Or A Subcontractor Of Persons Performing General Construction, Installation And Electrical Works During The Execution Of The Order. The Method Of Verification By The Ordering Party Of The Employment Of These Persons And The Ordering Partys Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of These Persons And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Have Been Specified By The Ordering Party In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.10. The Ordering Party Allows The Subcontractor To Participate In The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Participation Of Subcontractors, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate The Part Of The Order The Execution Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide The Companies Of These Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known (In The Content Of The Offer - Bid Form - Annex No. 1 To The Tor). Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order.11.
