1. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Performance Of Works And Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Fence As Part Of The Task Entitled Arrangement Of The Public Space Of The Recreation And Sports Complex In Brzeziny By Rebuilding The Fence And A Warehouse For Sports Equipment And Creating A Fitness Zone Conducive To Residents Activity And Intergenerational Integration. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities Also Include Works Not Included In The Scope Of This Order. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Only Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Fence. Works Related To The Reconstruction Of A Warehouse For Sports Equipment And The Construction Of A Fitness Zone Are Not The Subject Of This Order. As Part Of The Reconstruction Of The Fence, The Following Should Be Performed In Particular: - Geodetic Marking Of The Elements To Be Installed, With Particular Emphasis On The Fragment Of The Fence To Be Updated Along The Border Of The Plot; - Dismantling Of The Existing Fence; - Maintenance Of Two Existing Gates; - Installation Of A Panel Fence With Wickets And Gates.2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With: 1) The Design Documentation Held By The Ordering Party In The Scope Relating To The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 9 To The Swz), 2) The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works In The Scope Relating To The Subject Of The Contract (Appendix No. 11 To The Swz), 3) Conditions Resulting From Applicable Legal Provisions, 4) Requirements Resulting From Applicable Standards And Technical Approvals, 5) Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Art. Reconstruction Of The Fence, Which Is The Subject Of This Order, Was Detailed In Point 3 Of The Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz, And Only This Scope Of Work Is To Be Carried Out Within The Framework Of This Procedure. Due To The Lump Sum Remuneration Adopted In The Contract, The Bill Of Quantities Is Only Of Auxiliary Nature And Is Used To Detail The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Is Intended To Illustrate The Scale Of The Construction Work And Help The Contractors Estimate The Investment Costs. In Order To Make A Full Valuation Of The Works, Each Contractor Is Obliged To Read The Design Documentation, Stwior And The Provisions Of This Swz Before Submitting The Offer. The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Treated As Mutually Explanatory And Complementary In The Sense That In The Event Of Any Ambiguities Or Ambiguities, The Contractor Will Not Be Able To Limit The Scope Of His Obligation Or The Scope Of Due Diligence.
