1. The Order Covers The Implementation Of The Investment Entitled: Construction Of The Sports Complex Orlik 2025 And A Fitness Playground In Małowice. 2. The Following Tasks Will Be Carried Out As Part Of The Subject Of The Order: Task No. 1 - Construction Of Sanitary And Cloakroom Facilities. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Investment In The Form Of The Development Of Multi-Sector Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Construction Of Facilities Sanitary And Cloakroom Facilities. The Implementation Of The Task Means Carrying Out The Necessary Design Work, Carrying Out Construction Works And Equipping The Facility With All Devices And Equipment Necessary For Its Proper Functioning, As Well As Developing The Surrounding Area, In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program And The Design Concept, Which Constitute Annexes To This Swz. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Two Stages: Stage I - Includes The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And Obtaining The Necessary Permits, Arrangements And Decisions (In Accordance With Applicable Regulations) On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Together With The Final, Valid Decision On The Building Permit.  Stage Ii - Includes The Implementation Of The Investment In Accordance With The Project Approved By The Investor And The Ministry Of Sport And Tourism Together With Obtaining An Occupancy Permit. Task No. 2 - Construction Of An Orlik - Małowice Sports Complex. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Complex Of Sports Fields, Which Includes: - A Football Pitch With Dimensions Of 32X62 M With A Synthetic Grass Surface, - A Multi-Purpose Pitch With Dimensions 19X32 M With A Polyurethane Surface, - Installation Of A Fence, - Installation Of Solar Lighting, - Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, - Hardening Of The Area And Delivery Of Equipment. Task 3 - Construction Of A Fitness Playground. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of The Plot, Including Thorough Penetration Of The Area In Order To Eliminate Any Hidden Threats And Sharp, Dangerous Objects, Leveling The Area To Obtain A Flat Area, Photo Topsoil, Making Troughs For A Safe Surface (Sandy Surface, Min. 30 Cm Thick - 180 M2) In The Playground Area And Constructing A Grass Surface In The Area Adjacent To The Playground. Additionally, The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A System Fence With A Length Of Approx. 54 Meters Along With An Entrance Gate. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Install Devices And Equipment, Including: A Fitness Playground, Benches With Backrests (2 Pcs.), A Waste Bin And An Information Board With Regulations And Graphic Markings.
